Fishing

Our fishing fleet is integrated by four sardine vessels, being one of the most modern ones and have been equipped with state of the art fishing technology, radars and videoprobes. Regard to the sustainability of fishing activitie, we obtained The Marine Stewarship Council certification for sustainable fishing of sardine in the Gulf of California.

In addition, we sponsor inspections that monitors monthly the sizes of sardines and tell us in what areas to fish so we dont affect the shoals and their reproduction.

Production Process

The raw material is processed using cooking, pressing, steam, drying and ground techniques. Finally, it is automaticly packed.
